today, i interviewed a 62-year-old american architect applying for a senior manager -urban planning role. despite his age, he showed a lot of energy and enthusiasm. he describes himself as hardworking, adding that he tends to get bored easily. moreover, he said that he wakes up every morning raring to go to work to exercise his creative abilities, to "think outside the box." if i'm not mistaken, when asked, he said that he usually sleeps only for 5 hours.
at the same time, he is a very devoted family man. when asked about his greatest achievement in life so far, he spontaneously said "my children and grandchildren". he has 6 children and 25 (!!!) grandchildren in the US and canada!
